City Hall Farmers Market: The Spring Harvest is back at City Hall! Each Wednesday along both sides of City Hall’s reflection pool, drop bu and pick up locally grown produce and locally-prepared foods. This season there are 35 participating vendors including produce farmers, cheese makers, coffee roasters, bakers, prepared food vendors, food trucks and more. Market hours are from 11 am-1:30 pm. Saint Arnold Scavenger Hunt: Saint Arnold Brewing Company is putting on a scavenger hunt, and all the stops are along the Light Rail! Participants have until Sunday the 16th to submit their entries for a chance to win a home kegerator. Find details here under “Brewery News & Events!”
Mardi Gras Jamboree & Gumbo Showdown: The Downtown District and Saint Arnold’s Brewing Company are co-hosting the 1st Annual Mardi Gras Jamboree & Gumbo Showdown in Houston’s Market Square Park. Teams will be competing for the title of “Best Gumbo in H-town” and many other prizes! Registration is officially open, but space is limited to 30 teams, so fill out your entry form today! Entries are due by Monday, February 24th and you can find more details and the entry form right here!
