Camden Post Oak: The Place to Live Now

Every Camden community has its own unique and enticing appeal to residents and future residents. But here at Camden Post Oak, our neighborhood is a huge benefit! The walkability to different places such as Uptown ParkWhole Foods and The Galleria Mall make Camden Post Oak the place you want to live.

Our apartments and penthouses are located right on Post Oak Boulevard in the Uptown area where more than 700 retailers, fine dining restaurants, boutiques and hotels sit within two square miles. It doesn’t get much better than having everything within walking distance.

Great Restaurants: The easy walk from our high rise over to Uptown Park is no more than five minutes and upon arrival you have your choice of these and many more: Starbucks (our favorite), Crave Cupcakes and, of course, to keep it healthy My Fit Foods.

Relaxing Experience: Those wishing to relax with an exclusive spa treatment or blowout, can venture to Serenta Spa or Dry Bar. Don’t have a lot of time to get there? You can set up an appointment for “Your Own Personal Dry Bar Stylist” to come to your apartment and style your hair at a time that’s convenient for you.

The Outdoors: Residents, who love the outdoors, also have access to Memorial Park. Memorial Park is known as “the largest urban park in Texas” which is just three miles away from Camden Post Oak. It’s also a great place to enjoy Houston’s beautiful weather and its popular three-mile running course. It features softball, baseball, soccer and football fields while also hosting Houston’s annual Bayou City Art Festival.

Future plans for this incredible park include building a bridge to connect the North and South sides of the park while “also adding roughly 30 percent more parking, more bike and running trails, a rugby pitch and additional green spaces.” Source: Houston Business Journal

Easy Commute: As we all know, Houston traffic can get a bit intense, however our location has direct access to three major highways: I-10, 610 Loop and US-69. This gives you an easy commute to other neighborhoods such as The Heights, Midtown and Rice Village. They are all just a short drive or Uber ride from Camden Post Oak. What’s Next? Be on the lookout for a confirmed future project to beautify Post Oak Boulevard and improve Houston’s transit service. “Uptown Houston proposes to rebuild Post Oak Boulevard into an exquisitely designed Grand Boulevard while preserving existing automobile access, substantially improving transit service and creating a beautifully landscaped pedestrian environment.” Source: Uptown Houston
