Mardi Gras Galveston 2015

Yes, it’s also Mardi Gras time, so if you’re not big on Valentine’s Day, this event is perfect. Go experience the bead tossing event and parades down in Historic Downtown Galveston. Mardi Gras Galveston 2015 will feature concerts, parades, and a myriad of masked balls. The parades start at 11 a.m.

Hermann Park hosts “Valentine’s Day Dinner and a Cruise”

Head to Hermann Park for a romantic dinner on Pinewood Cafe’s patio. Continue on a half-hour cruise for two in a pedal boat on the lake. Beer and wine will be available for purchase. Space is limited; advance $50 ticket purchase for dinner is required (tickets are non-refundable).

All of these events are great options for those looking for something to do this weekend. The best part is these are all close to several Camden communities!
